Information on Renting at Overland
To secure your new home, a $60 Application Fee and a $150 Administrative Fee are required. After signing your lease, a $500 Security Deposit will be due for fully approved applicants (but can range up to 1 month's rent as a deposit for conditionally approved applicants).
The deposit is held through the entirety of the lease and is refundable upon move-out. The Application and Administrative Fees are non-refundable.
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community! Residents may have up to two dogs or cats, with no breed or weight restrictions. As part of our application process, we utilize a third-party pet screening company for all residents. This includes pet owners, non-pet owners, and those with certified service or ESA animals.
Pet rent is $50 per month per dog and $35 per month per cat, with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300. We do not charge a pet deposit.

We're pleased to offer on-site garage parking for our residents. Our garage is directly attached, climate-controlled, and secured for convenient access. We offer competitive rates of $165/month when kept for the duration of your lease or opt for a flexible month-to-month option at $200/month.

Utility Billing Fee: An $8/month utility billing fee is applied to all apartments. There are no set up or termination charges.
